You can place your order by visiting our "bespoke experience" page and filling our the form by clicking "start the process" button.
2) How long does it take for a product to ship? reach to me?
If the product is in stock it will be shipped the next business day.
If the product is out of stock/ personalized it will take approximately 5-6 weeks to get shipped.
3) What are you exchange/return/ refund/delivery and shipping policy?

5) How long does it take for a customer to get a reply?
Most queries are replied within 1 business day.
6)Will the product be same as the picture/design?
Note that the handmade nature of each item means that the crafts may differ slightly from the images shown online. No two items are exactly identical. Each purchase is truly unique, and as such, small discrepancies in representation is not considered a defect.
7) What currency are the products in?
All items are denominated in US Dollars (USD$). Please note that if you are purchasing with a different currency, there may be additional currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider which are not accrued by us.
