Shipping and Return policy
TURN-AROUND
- Products in stock are shipped within 1 business day of the order date.
- Personalized items are made to order. Once we receive the enquiry for product customization we will reach out to you with further information. Our timeline from designing to production to shipping takes approximately 5-6 weeks.
- Purchases of all items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In the event that you have received a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will move forward with exchanging the item. Items must be free from damage, wear, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. All returns are inspected prior to exchange. We reserve the right to reject the exchange for any items.
- Maya ko koseli will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation of all packages lost in transit.
- All custom orders and rings that have been resized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please note that items purchased on sale/offers are not eligible for exchanges and returns; if you return an item to us, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.
SHIPPING
All shipments include tracking. Delivery time is an estimate provided by USPS based on the shipping location. Please note that Maya ko koseli cannot be held responsible for delays with the shipping process.
Customers are liable to all duties/taxes on international shipments.
The followings are the responsibility of the customer:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- USPS First Class Mail (delivery time varies)
- USPS Priority Shipping for (1-4 days)
- For delivery to Canada, please contact us and we will provide a shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (ALL OTHERS BESIDES CANADA AND THE U.S.)
- For international delivery, please contact us and we will provide a shipping quote.
